Arranging a FUNERAL
A funeral is a time-honoured ritual that gives you an opportunity...
To say goodbye to a loved one.
To share your grief and sadness and to help others in theirs.
To give thanks for their life and their presence in yours.
Often a day that family and friends dread but which, in reality, can provide comfort and support and peace of mind.
Working closely with your celebrant
Working closely with family (and/or friends), the Celebrant will put together and deliver a unique and bespoke funeral service.
A tribute, speaking of your loved one's life.
Well-chosen music, poetry, prayers and readings.
Support before and during the service.
YOUR CELEBRANT -
I believe a funeral is an important part of coming to terms with loss.
My aim is to help you create a service of farewell that is personal and meaningful - a service that reflects what made your loved-one unique, individual, special to you.
I hold an NOCN Level 3 Diploma in Funeral Celebrancy and am a member of the Association of Independent Celebrants which has given me considerable experience working with families and Funeral Directors as well as an understanding of the processes of grief.
WHAT FAMILIES SAY
“I would like to express my sincere thanks for the beautiful service you provided for myself, family and for my mum. Everything was just perfect and I could not have wished for anything else. Your care, empathy and kindness during a very emotional and difficult time gave myself and family great comfort. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.”
